Synopsis:
Dr Whiskers is a twisted evil inventor and cunning super villain! He lives in an old dilapidated mansion above the city, with his wicked foster mother and millions of flee-ridden cats.
He lives a solitary lifestyle, plotting evil schemes and inventing wacky machinery, in his top-super—secret laboratory. Dr Whiskers is said to be half man and half cat, due to a failed experiment! He dislikes adults, hates children and despises bath time! He's rather stinky!
Dr Whiskers wants nothing more than to be super rich and achieve world domination! Everything goes swimmingly until until two pesky children show up and ruin his best laid plans….
